Delete your account and data

You only have an account if you chose to back up. If you never signed in, nothing is stored on our servers; uninstall the app to remove local data.

In the app (fastest)

  1. Open Cueline → Settings → Backup & account.
  2. Tap Delete account and cloud data.
  3. Type DELETE and confirm.

This removes your account and your backed-up scripts, characters, lines and progress from our server, and clears the app's data on that phone.

Without the app

Email buffersoltechnologies@gmail.com from the address you signed in with (or tell us the Google account email). We will delete the account and all cloud data and confirm by reply.

Data deleted: email or Google ID, user ID, backed-up scripts, characters, lines, progress. Voice recordings were never uploaded.
